We are deeply attached to our culture keen to preserve traditional values and pass their rich cultural heritage on to our children , we have renovated an old stone house where on top we offer a luxurious and elegant stone house with beautiful views of the mountains and the Akrotiri landscape. |

Next to Pazinos Castle we offer a newly renovated traditional mansion of 17 th century , divided into three two bedroom houses and 3 one bedroom houses.
On the ground floor there is a two bedroom house providing extraordinary stone artwork in 2 arches giving the impression that we are in another century.
Thick walls and sound proof glass windows offer privacy quiet and natural aircondition atmosphere.

On the ground floor, through the main entrance you will find
yourself in the living area accessible to the kitchen ( provides
a refrigerator, cooker & cookware and all the necessities
), marble floors, embroidered curtains, WC with shower and a
traditional fire place to enjoy romantic evenings.
Following the staircase torwards the first floor you will find
a twin bedroom. Continuing up the staircase torwards the second
floor you will find a double bedroom. Finally, the staircase
will lead you to the roof terrace.

Extensive use of stone and timber in construction. Private location yet close to all amenities. Villa Eleon is situated two hundred metres from the beach and just five minutes walk from the village of Tavronitis , nineteen miles west of chania . The house is set in its own grounds amongst olive groves and fields that in many places extend right down to the beach. There is complete privacy here. Whilst Villa Eleon is brand new, extensive use of stone and timber, along with varnished wooden beams and boards to all the ceilings, gives it a feeling of a traditional and mature Cretan home.

The master bedroom has a shower-room en-suite, a balcony to the side, and front and rear windows giving views of mountains, olive groves and of course the sea. The second bedroom has a sea-facing balcony and the third bedroom can also view the sea across the olives to the side of the house. This bedroom has a particularly attractive pitched version of the beam and board ceilings that are a feature of the rest of the house. |
| The house stands clear of the garden on a raised stone-built platform of just under a metre. This apron provides a walkway around the house linking the front and rear sitting areas under the pagoda and drops at the front of the house to embrace the 7 metre x 4 metre swimming pool. The house and gardens are full of shrubs and flowers as well as olive trees |
